Can anyone point me to where I can obtain a suitable service manual for
this engine please.
Also any relevant information regarding upgrading from 1200 to 1385cc would
be of interest.
I understand Mahle barel/pistons kits are available that simply fit onto the
existing block and heads.
Pros - Cons?

To clarify
My understanding is that the Rectimo AR1200 engine is essentially a Type1 vw
engine modified to single magneto ignition.
