1) Might be more well received on alt.binaries.pictures.aviation .
2) Didn't see any images, just a link. You can click on it or not, as you
see fit.

You sure its a KC135? Notice the organization: Aeronautica Militare
Italiana. Not USAF.
Also the quote, "The new Boeing B767T/T has made its public appearance
at the Le Bourget Salon 2005." suggests that this isn't just a KC135
with a new flag on it.

Ahhhhh.., okay, you guys win.., so it's a super, go faster, longer B707
with a new paint job.
As a retired Boomer on the old TIFF sipper.., I guess I can live with the
old 707 airframe..!! Still flying in parts of Africa, or so I hear
(smile)..!!!
"..okay crew, Boom has a visual at our six, three miles and closing...,
flight one mile.., number 3 flight leader you're cleared to the evelope..,
watch the lights Sir...!!"

Hi there,
Thanks for the compliments! Sorry, but there is no discussion possible, this
is not a KC-135. The tanker aircraft in the Italian Air Force inventory are
all Boeing 707T/T. This is just a light modified former civil B707,
including windows and no boom but only hose-drogue pods under the wing. The
aircraft which will replace the B707 is designated: B767T/T.
Cheers, Maurice.
