At the SSA Convention in Atlanta (2003) I ordered some
shirts from them and was told by the rep that they
would take several weeks to deliver. I never heard
from them again and my phone calls and emails went
unanswered in May of that year.

I have had the same problems in the past when trying to order shirts. I
was finally given a good email address for the person who owns this
company and had a part of my order filled. I guess this is a side
business and is not well attended which is too bad since there are not
a lot of shirt distributors in the soaring community.
