New DMSt task: 4 TPs

Hi folks,

DMSt has planned a new kind of task for 2006: 4 Turn Points within a
circle of a known radius...

I tried to find the details for this new idea on the internet in order
to plan for the coming season - does anybody know where to find some
documentation ?
