I saw an article for this in some flying magazine a few years ago. It has
been around for a few years now. Quite interesting............ And I dont
think my wife would go for it either :)

Is it a Student Pilot running that operation?

it must be a relatively clear day with good visibility."

"We will remain within a 25 mile radius of West Georgia Regional
Airport at all times."

At least you get to keep the sheets.

No, students can't carry passengers. Possibly it's a commercial pilot with no
instrument rating.
