What's up with the TFR in the green bay area? I just received a
flight breifing. In the FDC NOTAMs there is a small (5 mile) TFR for
an aircraft accident in the Green Bay area.

There was a helicopter crash up that direction either last night or early
this morning. I don't know if that's what the Notam was referring to but
the news said that it was a medical helicopter being flown on a maintenance
flight.

It's to keep aerial gawkers away from a helicopter crash site.
