Apart from www.gliderpilot.net and www.segelflug.de
does any one out there know of any good (European)
websites for buying / selling gliders?
Where do the French, Dutch, Italians sell their gliders?
Thanks

Peter,
Some European based ships are listed for sale on Tim
Mara's excellent web page, www.wingsandwheels.com
Along with the listing of used gliders in Tim's page
is a business somewhere in Scandinavia that sells gliders:
http://www.cirrusflyg.com/

There is a French site:
http://www.planeur.net/pa/
Otherwise many clubs or national gliding organisations
have buy/sell pages, but the 2 sites you refer to are indeed
the main sites for the European second hand glider market.

One of the more hidden ones:
http://www.zimmermann-syscon.de/de/default.htm
Click on "liste-verkauf" on the left menu. In the "details"
the condition of each Glider (Lfz) and the trailer
(Transportwagen) are rated from 1 (very bad) to 10
(just like new).

Tim's pages are great as they lists prices for each glider. Much
easier to imagine owning a glider when you know you can afford it.
Cirrusflyg to my knowledge never posts prices so I stopped looking
there.
A word to all the sellers - I think you're doing yourself a favor by
giving an asking price.
