is http://www.m-20turbos.com the only game in town for
turbo-normalizing an IO-360 engine? seems like a nice product, but
very dearly priced.

No. I had a Ray Jay (normalizing) turbo on my Mark 20C Mooney (see on
Internet). Book cruise HP to way up high. Denver take offs, pulled
sea level HP same as here in Houston.

Never exceeded the 32 " HG and got TBO time out of engine.

After market turbos (or OEM) are not cheap.
