One club has called me looking for software to do both A/C and crew duty
scheduling - possibly two different packages. Ideal package(s) would run
online as part of clubs website.

Any suggestions? Thanks ( Same post to Clubs and Chapters list )

I haven't found software, but we use this site:

www.pilotschedule.com

It is free so far.

We use this site http://www.tak-off.com/lakeelsinore

There is a fee, but it does aircraft, instructor scheduling and lists
tow pilots.

We are able to schedule, cancel and change aircraft for a block of time
along with an instructor if needed. It allows comments in the booking
as well.

The duty Tow pilots are also listed, although you do not have to book
them in our case.

Pretty easy to use and works well for us, although it would be better
if it was free.

I could send some screen shots if your interested to see it.

The cost is ~$4.50/mth per aircraft.

Check out the free demo to see what it can do

You can find a great free open-source package at
http://ors.sourceforge.net/ . My club uses it to schedule both aircraft
and instructors. We've had it online for several years now, and it's been
trouble free.
