Propeller dyno

A while back, someone posted design information for creating a square
'propeller' that could be used for determining the actual power produced
by the engine. I've since changed computers and have lost the
posting, and I've not been able to locate it with Google's search engine.

Does anyone remember what I'm talking about, and could maybe repost the
text?
