Venga Makes Proposal to Provide Replacement Aircraft for Canadian Forces'
Famed Snowbirds Aerial team

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(CCNMatthews - Sept. 15, 2006) - Venga Aerospace Systems
Inc. ("Venga") (TSX VENTURE:VAV)(PINK SHEET:VNGAF) announces that it has, in
association with ARINC Incorporated (www.arinc.com), made a formal proposal
to the Canadian government to provide replacement jet aircraft for the
Canadian Forces' Snowbirds aerial demonstration squadron. The Venga / ARINC
proposal would see the Snowbirds' current fleet of Tutor aircraft replaced
with 18 newer, safer and superior performing, Hawk jet aircraft.
The Snowbirds (www.snowbirds.dnd.ca) are the aerial demonstration team of
the Canadian Forces. While the Snowbirds have been a symbol of national
pride for 35 years, it has long been recognized that the Snowbirds would
benefit by acquiring newer and more advanced aircraft. The Venga / ARINC
proposal is based on providing the Canadian Forces newer Hawk jet aircraft
on a turnkey 20 year lease program that offers the Snowbirds many
operational and safety advantages over its current Tutor aircraft including:
zero-zero ejection seats; newer avionics and longer range. Adding to the
viability of the Venga / ARINC proposal is that based on an aircraft to
aircraft comparison using the Canadian Forces Cost Factors Manual, all the
offered advantages can be realized by the Canadian Forces at no increased
operational costs. "The Venga / ARINC Snowbirds' aircraft replacement
proposal is truly a WIN - WIN situation for all," stated Venga's President,
Hirsh Kwinter. "Our Hawk based proposal would not only see the Snowbirds
flying newer, safer and better performing aircraft, but at a cost that would
not exceed the Snowbirds' current operating budget," continued Mr. Kwinter.
As an integral part of the VENGA / ARINC proposal, Venga has partnered with
ARINC Incorporated, the world leader in transportation communications and
systems engineering to provide Venga with a turnkey solution and capability
for ongoing maintenance and avionics upgrades required by the Snowbirds. "We
are, of course quite excited and pleased to be associated with Venga
Aerospace on this leading edge proposal to update the Snowbirds," states
ARINC Incorporated Vice President, Barry Schrower. "In the event that the
Venga/ARINC proposal is accepted, ARINC will employ approximately 35
Canadians in Moose Jaw for the proposed 20 years. The Venga Hawk proposal
also has ARINC Canada providing all new state of the art glass cockpits for
