The only thing that kept him around this long was the Democrats
politicizing the war.

What do you mean when you say democrats were politicizing the war? You
may recall that in 1999 GWB stated that the key to a successful
presidency is being seen as a commander in chief, and that he planned to
have a successful presidency. This pretty strongly implies that GWB was
going to find a war to wage one way or another. This implication coupled
with the doctoring of intelligence about Iraq's WMD threat suggests that
Bush chose Iraq to establish his legacy.

Colin, what do you think about a president who chooses to wage war in
order to leave a nice legacy for his name? How many soldiers' lives are
worth the piece of historical real estate Bush tried to homestead?

Colin, would you say that waging a war of choice to establish a legacy
is "politicizing" the war?

Can you point to anything that a prominent democrat has done that comes
remotely close to this level of evil?

"Ding Dong the dummy's gone . . ." A sterling example of an intelligent
man with a dearth of common sense. At last we are reaching the end game
of the Iraq fiasco, a sad example of how not to prosecute a military
campaign. And all they had to do was copy the operations plan from
Europe in WW2, where the Allied Military Government followed right
behind the fighting lines.
But no-o-o-o----.

Starting with Boot Camp in the USMC...

Then a hell of a lot more schools later.... in the USMC and Army...

Which taught me one hell of a lot more than some Ivy league instituation

the world, people and what it takes to succeed in the world.

Good for you that you can spell -

Can you spell KERRY?

You are in good company with that sad sack of crap....

Your off handed slap about education to someone you don't even know is
