Mig-29s

I was traveling up the Mississippi River Great River Road
the other day. I stopped for the evening in Quincy, Illinois.
I happened to check out the local airport. I happened to find
a pair of Mig-29's sitting on the ramp. There was also an L-39,
though they are a little more common.

Anyone know what a pair of Mig-29's would be doing in Quincy?

Mig-29's have been imported to the US by private interests as well as by the
government (they've been seen flying out of the so-called "Area-51"
airport.)
