Does anyone know if there is a company to which I can send my seat
belts and they would reuse the hardware and just put new belts? Any
info would be appreciated.

Allen Silver at Silver Parachute Sales does it:

Be aware, though, if your belts are from a type certified glider, you'll
need appropriately certified belts, which pretty much means returning
them to the original manufacturer...

As a suplementary question to this how often should
you change your belts?
On condition?
10yrs? 15yrs? 20yrs?

We use Schlemann Gurte belts and they should be revised every 12 years,
according to the manufacturer. They are based in Germany and also do our
overhauls.

As a complementary question:

How do you wash your belts?

if your belts need to be certified and if it's a certificated glider the
hardware on the old belts if made in Europe may not be on the approved parts
list in the USA ......check carefully with the belt shop beforehand to find
out if the hardware you wish to reuse is approved and if they have the
proper documents to reuse this hardware here

Some of the release boxes on Gadringer seatbelts appear to have been
manufactured by Pacific Scientific Co., California.

I discovered this when looking at a belt where the Gadringer sticker had
worn away, and I could see the Pacific Scientific Co engraved into the
metal.

Just another reason that your gliders should have been
certificated as EXPERIMENTAL. You can use the belts
you want.
