Hi All;
Sailplane Associates made trailers in Azuza, California in the 70's.
That's all I know about their history, except I happen to have one, and
I have seen at least 6 others in the SoCal area.
I have just gone through quite a bit of effort to rebuild the wheels
and supension and would be glad to share my experiences, some of the
parts were hard to find.
If you have one, be sure to check the lower frame rails and 4
suspension angle attach bolts. I have seen severe corrosion on some,
to the point of being dangerous!
Regards
Mike Malis
