If, like me, you scratched you head while looking at the 2007 SSA
Convention schedule:

http://ssa.org/convention/schedule.asp

And if you found the alternating colors in the schedule make it *harder*
to find the breaks in session times, you might find my slightly tweaked
version useful:

I "re-colored" the session listings to make it easier to visually
identify those that are in the same time slots.

Or make that 2006-convention-schedule.html. Heck, now both work.

I'll learned to copy, paste, AND EDIT one of these days.

*sigh*

That's OK , you meant well.
I still believe you meant well elsewhere. You're still owed an
appology for being the shot messenger a while back. Believe the thread
was "the emperor has no clothes" or similar. After the insults and dust
settled, it matured into a healthy discussion, bringing many
interesting viewpoints and constructive ideas.

Heh.

I've been around usenet long enough to know what to expect. So I made
sure to:

(1) have a thick skin
(2) read none of the responses until 2-3 weeks after posting
(3) look for signs of the world ending

In reality, I knew that there was no way that cat was going to stay in
the bag and that whoever helped it out was likely to be crucified by
some small but vocal segment of the RAS crowd.

If that had to be me, then so be it. Life's too short to worry about it.

Anyway, thanks for the support. I got a surprising amount of email
during that time. It was all far more sane, supportive, and useful than
much of what was tossed around in the initial knee-jerk reactions here.
