to bring you to your knees...

Totally disappointed? Wow your tough LOL!! Maybe I was bamboozled by the fact we
hadn't seen an actual rant for a while. So I'm guessing you would have given it
a 5 or less. We both agreed on the blatant omission of "govern yourself
accordingly" however. I'm sure before Da Bear and zoom war is over we'll see
more rants and that may temper my first glowing review in a long time :-)

I'm sure there will be battle ribbons for Da Bear when this one is over LOL!!

*** THE DMCA NOTIFICATION IS LOCATED BELOW THIS AUTOREPLY ***

Q: WHAT DO I DO NOW?
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
------
SHORT ANSWER: Remove the content described and reply to this email.
Generally speaking, this can be an informal and quite friendly process
if
the content is removed quickly.

LONG ANSWER:
1) Remove the content described in the notification below.
2) Reply to this notice indicating this has been done.
3) Go about your business worry free.
*or*
1) Remove the content described in the notification below.
2) File a counter notification.
3) Place the content back online after 10 business days but
not after 14 business days.
4) Wait for a lawsuit to either be filed or not be filed
against you.

HopOne Internet Corporation and Superb Internet Corporation have a
policy that provides for the termination in appropriate circumstances
of
subscribers and account holders of the service provider's system or
network who are repeat infringers (512(i)(1)(A)).

512(f) MISREPRESENTATIONS
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
------
This section says that anyone who makes a false claim of infringement
or false counter-notification is liable for the damages suffered by
the
other parties, including legal fees. HopOne Internet Coporation will
seek damages for a false claim of infringement or false
counter-notification.

Q: WHAT IS A COUNTER NOTIFICATION?
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
------
A:
If an alleged infringer feels they have been forced to take the
content
offline unfairly they may file a counter notification to HopOne by
replying to this email. The counter notification must include
(512(g)(3)(A-D)):

(A) A physical or electronic signature of the alleged infringer.

(B) Identification of the material that has been removed or to
which access has been disabled and the location before removal.

(C) A statement under penalty of perjury that the alleged infringer
has a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as
a
result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed
or
disabled.

(D) Their name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that
they consent to the jurisdiction of Federal District Court for the
judicial district in which the address is located, or if the
subscriber's
address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in
which the service provider may be found, and that they will accept
service of process from the person who provided notification under
subsection
(c)(1)(C) or an agent of such person.

Once a valid counter notification has been received HopOne will:

* promptly provide the person who filed the original notification
with a copy of the counter notification and inform them that the
material will be replaced or access to it restored in 10 business
days
(512(g)(2)(B)).
* replace or allow to replace the material and cease disabling
access to it not less than 10 and not more than 14 business days
following
receipt of the counter notification. This does not apply, and the
material should not be replaced, if the designated agent receives
notification that legal action to seek a court order to restrain the
subscriber
from engaging in infringing activity to the material has been
commenced
(512(g)(2)(C)).

No one is authorized to copy, use, disclose, distribute or rely on
this
information.

If this communication has been sent to you in error, please E-Mail
the
sender and destroy the message.

We discovered these infringements in the past 48 hours and have
attempted to convince the publisher that he has no right to publish
these
restricted works, and as a result, have been treated to bizarre
demands,
threats and implications of criminal action based on our serving on
an
advisory board with a person he accuses of being a racketeer, thug
and
murderer... all without providing proof or evidence of same.

The publisher has (in some cases by his own admission) misrepresented
the nature and origin of our protected communications, has engaged in
threats and attacks upon our company, and has made demands from our
company for editorial product (which we interpret as an attempt to
coerce us
to cover and report stories to suit his aims) which he has no right
to
undertake.

We believe that all materials reflecting the name, content, and
communications owned/authored/conceived by Jim Campbell and/or the
Aero-News
Network, Inc., should be removed from this site without delay and
that
his use of our software based news-ticker and any associated
intellectual property be eliminated permanently from here on out.

We take these actions because we believe ourselves to be dealing with
a
deranged personality who has engaged in a series of threats and
uncorroborated attempts to implicate our organization in criminal acts
which
have neither been proven nor documented, and for which there is no
evidence to suggest that any criminal wrong-doing has taken place.
Further;
in light of Daniel's history of threats, stalking and harassment
(involving a number of other parties, including Michael Houghton and
the Reno
Air Racing Association), we have strong concerns for our personal
safety and well-being if his actions are not checked immediately.
Therefore;
having been notified of this issue, we will hold any and all parties
associated with said threat(s) fully responsible for any manner of
harm
that may occur to our staff or businesses.

We have a good faith belief that use of the copyrighted materials
described above on the allegedly infringing web pages is not
authorized by
the copyright owner, its agent, or the law. We swear, under penalty
of
perjury, that the information in the notification is believed
accurate
and that we are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on
behalf
of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Govern yourself accordingly...

Sincerely;

The fool posted his "Legal notice" AFTER his messages...and according
to Online Policy Group vs Diebold, this type of notice is worthless
anyhow. The same is true of Law. If the man or his accessories are
involved in Criminal Misconduct, a citizen is responsible to report it
and the Press must address the Public's Right to Know and the Public
Good under the First Amendment...

Imagine an Al Qaeda terrorist threatening to detonate a "dirty" bomb
in Washington D.C. His threat is true; the information is true; the
proof is undeniable; he gives away the exact location. He sends it to
a newspaper Editor, then attaches the same "Legal Notice" on the end
as Jim Campbell.

Do you, as a newspaper Editor, report him or don't you!? <G>

BTW, Campbell is not in Washington D.C. at the time ~ neither is
Yawnita or his BD-5J ~ so this is NOT a trick question...

....just in case you were wondering. LOL!!!

BTW, wait til you see the exchanges and the e-mails that make Campbell
a liar...coming soon! To a Federal Court near you! Or, maybe
USENET. And remember, he swore all this under penalty of Federal
Perjury! <GGG> All of it is denied, of course, and was at the time
and remains so today.

Has anyone yet figured out just how many times Campbell has threatened
someone and used that "Govern Yourself Accordingly" line? I think
that would be a better record for Guiness than anything involving an
unflyable, unairworthy, highly questionable BD-5J, second-hand "built"
by some Armchair Vietnam Veteran using what A. Mary Schiavo of the FAA
once defined as "suspected unapproved parts."

I mean, I hear there are people here and in RAH-14 still receiving the
threats. As for me, despite his claim in his latest rant, I've had no
contact from the moron.

The silence is deafening...as is usually the case when the silence is
coming from the guilty.

Wrong answer. You're making the common mistake of confusing ICT
Infrastructure Management with IT Service Management. Go read the site I

Like that means a whole lot. Do you know the American Numismatic Association
holds a place of honor in their hall of fame for a convicted child molester
who died in jail? Halls of fame have no bearing on someone's credibility or
value as a human being.

Wrong on both counts. But then again, I can understand why you say that,

Hell Jaun, even a stop clock is right twice a day which is one up on
you.

Scott[_1_]

So I ask AGAIN, what is it? I don't claim to know everything like you
always do. No matter what topic comes up, you seem to know all about it
and expect everyone else to know it and won't answer specific questions
asked of you. This is the closest thing I found for a job description
(and don't bother giving me the "it ain't the same thing as an IT
SERVICE Manager" -- at the site I looked at, I didn't see IT Service
Magaer -- http://www.salary.com/ ):

Information Technology Manager
Manages the information technology department in accordance with
organizational policies and goals. Ensures proper functioning of
company's information processing system and makes upgrades as necessary.
Helps business operations utilize information systems to improve
efficiency. Keeps computer equipment, hardware, and software updated to
meet organizational needs. Follows appropriate programming procedures.
Requires a bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in the
field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's
concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and
judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. May
lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and
latitude is expected. Typically reports to top management.

I figure you can't answer the questions because you really don't know
what you're talking about. All you keep doing is telling people to grow
up and get a clue. So, I'll give you a grown up answer. Stick your
****ty attitude up your ass. I'm done being patient with you. Civility
doesn't work with you so in this one case, I'll stoop down to your level.

I think it's great they take pesos. Most places that take foreign
currency use their own inflated exchange rate and end up taking more
money from the people using foreign currency than if they had exchanged
it at a bank or exchange service.

Funny, I would see this as a rather exalted list, ranging from the Wright
Brothers right up to current day manufacturers. I haven't done any real
research, but I suspect that there never was a manufacturer in the aircraft
industry who hasn't had someone die in a product with their name on it.
McDonnell? check. Douglas? check. Lockheed? check. And so on. Strange
thing though... "pilot error" seems to be reserved only for those who die in
one of Mr. Bede's products....

Funny, someone else finally saw the irony in Jaun's arguments
defending Bede and the BD5 for the number of people killed, his own
fear of flying the BD5J and the constant slams against Chuck for
someone who was killed in a highly modified version of one of the
aircraft that Chuck sells.

It's a tough thing when someone gets killed in a product you made. Not as tough
as for the person and his family but obviously it's tough, believe me.
When we had our first fatality back in 1983 I was devastated by it. Up to then
everything was great fun. We were selling lots of planes, guys were flying all
over the place telling us how much they enjoyed their Hawk.

Then one day I got a letter with a newspaper article and written on the paper in
magic marker was a simple statement "scratch one Hawk" .The only time I ever
felt hat bad was when my Dad died.During the course of the investigation a guy
from the FAA helped put it into perspective for me.

He said think about the guy who works at Ford building cars he knows that a
percent of the cars he works on will be in accidents and people will be injured
or die. But if he did his job right and he didn't screw up he's not responsible
for the accident. When people drink and drive or do all the things people do
that cause accidents it's not the fault of the Ford designers, Ford Motors or
the employees.

He said the same with you .If you did every thing right and the product is good
and people misuse ,screw up or modify it then it's ultimately their fault not
yours.
But the difference between the Ford guy and you is the Ford guy didn't know the
person who crashed and you probably do and so it hurts more. So when there's an
accident I investigate so as to find the cause and everyone so far has been the
result of a mistake ,screw up, unauthorized modifications and a couple of
inflight heart attacks. I still feel terrible after an accident but
knowing I wasn't directly responsible helps. I just pray to God I never screw up
and have someone crash because of a bad design or part...that would be a lot to
bear so I do my best to see it doesn't happen....

Now go ahead jaun make fun of this ...

If it were so easy to get into the Hall of Fame at EAA or any other venue one
would think that if zoom was all he says he is that surely by now he would have
been recognized for his contributions to aviation. I don't know of one award
zoom has ever gotten from anyone or any group for anything. You can rest assured
if he would have gotten any award it would be on his bio along with his other
phony accomplishments.

If the Numismatic Association has room for a child molester then maybe there's a
spot there for zoom LOL!!Their standards must be lower then the EAA's :-)

Yup. It's in Spain right now. Belongs to a Netjets pilot, and its successful
entry into the Spanish register means Howard Cox and his BD-5B will also
soon be flying, no thinks to the British Braindead CAA.

Interesting you should mention that. I would surmise you haven't seen

No, why would a smart person make a dumb decision?

And again I say, (in response to your quote at the bottom of this message)

1. Stupid people make stupid decisions (why else would they be called
stupid people?). (According to me)
2. A billionaire war hero made a stupid decision. (According to you)

Therefore the billionaire was stupid. (By deductive reasoning)

Go ahead and twist the English language around all you want. That is
what was implied by what you said.

My experience is that truth has no power in a war
of words when you enter Jaun's propaganda camp.
It is the first casualty.

Rather than be disadvantaged in this manner,
SHUNNING has worked well for me.

At least I've never resorted to hiring somebody else to do the actual

No, according to do you, Walton was stupid. According to me, after someone
like that getting killed in one of the Chuck Steak's airplanes, it would be
stupid for someone else to put themselves in the same situation.

Scott,

Best I can do is cut and paste from a post I made that quotes Juan re: John
Walton.

Begin paste:

Juan,

For whatever it may be worth, I read that whole thread. You posted this
publicly, but did not explain the manner in which it relates to whatever may
be tormenting you. I see only a 5 plus year old version of what I am seeing
here now: Everybody insulting everybody, with you seeming to be at the
center. What am I missing here?

As an aside, I have read most of your posts regaring the Walton crash.
Somehow, "war hero" and "stupid" don't seem to go together, and I am sure
the surviving family would be distressed to see him referred to in this
manner. It also trivializes all of our military service, including yours.

It's been obvious to me for a long time and now to most people that jaun is and
always has been zooms "toady". He knows it and we know it so any thing he has
to say is worthless and his only goal here is to be contrary. You guys have taken
him to task and proved him a hypocrite over and over again.Yet he claims he
right.

Why someone would go so far out of his way to make of fool of himself is beyond
me but if that was his goal he's more then successful.Frankly he bores me, so
I'm not playing his game anymore.I'm sure he'll post a flurry of insults and
rants after I post this but I won't answer him back. He's simply not qualified
or competient enough to be taken seriously. Some day he'll smart off to the
wrong guy and get his ass whooped I only hope I'm around to watch LOL!!
I will however post from time to time when zoom does something that needs
reporting :-)Meanwhile back to other topics.

I now do both....
at the same time. ;-)

Gotta' go now.
It's almost 4 AM.
Time to wake up the rooster.

You think I'm lying, you prove it, pinhead. I could care less what a putz
like you thinks about me. Next!

Broken record. Trying to impress yourself again? LOL! :) All bark, no bite,
your entire gaggle are all that way, even Chicken**** Hitlaw, who never
showed up at the airport in Singapore. I had a friend meet me there, and he
even brought an R/C BD-5 to make sure anyone who was looking for me knew who
I was. Jim Campbell had a good laugh over that one, he had predicted
Chiken**** Hitlaw would not show, and he was right, again. Ducks in a row
indeed! :)

When _you_ demand proof of something from others, *YOU* brand them as a
liar if they don't provide the proof.

Strange that you cannot meet the standards you demand of others, isn't it?

Where is _your_ credibility?

Is it true you took credit for somebody elses' work?

Where are the construction records?

Where are the flight records?

Is it true that you won't provide the proof because you DON'T HAVE IT?

In your words, "it's all about credibility". Where is _yours_?

Hi Bob
A long time ago I said " credibility it was always about credibility' when
defining my problems with zoom.Later when j*** came along as zooms toady I used
it on him. Now j*** pretends he's the first that came up with the phrase. But
your absolutly correct he does take credit for other peoples work including
phrases LOL!!!

See ya
