Instead of comparing how much gasoline it would take to replace the change
in reflected vs. absorbed, (whoever said what; it isn't important to my
point) why not just look at the 40% change, on its own?
I find it hard to believe that a 40% change would not be a large and
noticeable difference.
A couple percent change might be no big deal, but a 40% change has to be a
big deal.
