Pretty tiny, I would think, although there are companies out there that are
always working on ways to counter "stealth".

That's market forces for you.

Who's radar? On the radar of governments that think ball players are worth
more than geeks and nerds, they look like barely discernible blips.
However, --------------

Whos was rejected by my spell checker, and at the time I was too stupid to
remember "whose". I'm sorry!
But I will reiterate that a country like the Ju Ass (the unconstitutional
version of the United States of America perpetrated by the newspaper/TV)
which is so horribly hostile to technological innovation, can't be expected
to have all the latest, greatest, equipment, can they?

Don't worry, at least you realise what I meant - and I did know what you
meant, even if wasn't what you said and which I deliberately
misinterpreted, or took literally! All for a cheap laugh - hangs head in
shame.

Considering that at this time they were flying within controlled
airspace
with all navigation lights and "normal mode" including transponders
in operation, probably looked like normal airplanes.
They do look sharp ..

On a similair topic, it appears that the F-117 is scheduled to be
removed from the US inventory in 2009 according to reports.

Depends on the distance and the type of radar. A typical early-warning
meter-wavelength radar would read these loud and clear, just like, say,
a 747 and a pair of F-15s on the sides - the much hyped "STEALTH"
technology has absolutely no effect on this kind of radar.

With a targeting "microwave" radar things would get more tricky - that's
what these planes were designed to stay hidden from.
