Not to put too fine a point on it, but...that's an AC-130U SPECTRE , flown
by the 4 SOS, Hurlburt Field, FL.

Living under the traffic pattern and working on base I see lots of them.

It is an antenna array for one of the on-board jammers. The DIRCM (Directed
Infra-Red Counter Measures) ball can be clearly seen to the aft of the big
gun.
