I would like to subscribe to weather on a gps, but only for the months
I'm likely to be flying cross country. Does anyone know if I can
subscribe, quit, resubscribe later, quit later, etc?

I assume you mean XM weather on one of the GPS systems that support it? If
so the answer is yes.

Probably $75 for each activation. So you are only saving money if you are
going to turn it off for 3 months with the light package or two months with
the full package.
