I am trying to get some visibility for my partners' sale of their
1/3rd share in a 1965 Cessna P206 "Super Skylane" located in Denver,
CO at Centennial airport (APA). I purchased 1/2 of each of two
partners' 1/3rd shares about 6 months ago, and they are still trying
to sell the remaining combined 1/3rd share. The 3rd partner is staying
in the partnership. The partnership is a Colorado LLC (Group 206, LLC)
with a good operating agreement.

The plane has just come out of a major annual which included a top
overhaul on the engine. My partners had been having maintenance done
at one of the smaller local fields, but I pushed them to have this
year's done at Arapahoe Aero at APA. I feel AA did a fabulous job on
the overhaul and they did a very complete annual inspection. Even
though my partners felt the plane had been well maintained in the
past, AA came up with 6 full pages of checklist items for
repair/adjustment. Most of these items were minor and included things
like tire replacement, airbox cracks/rivets, cracked throttle control,
frayed wires, replaced one aileron control cable, cowl flap linkage
adjustment, frayed seatbelt, etc., etc.
The bottom line is, I truly believe this plane is now in exceptional
condition.
Once a new partner is found and the remaining share is sold, we would
like to have the avionics upgraded. We're thinking maybe a used
"basic" Bendix/King IFR package including (2) KX-155 nav/comms w/
indicators, KLN-94 IFR GPS, and KMA-28 audio panel w/ 6-place
intercom. Although the paint is in acceptable condition we may want to
get that redone at some point. The interior and fabric covered seats
are in relatively good condition.

selling partners.
Thanks,
