Well, I know where the one from the Sport Aviation
ads is (N6140). Then, there is a fuselage about 45
miles from me. Then there are several others that
have been built and talked about various places. Maybe
they are the same one? I suspect the '3 built' is
a bit low.

It is not much of a glider, but it can still soar.
The link Wayne provided has about the most information
I have seen in one place on the plane.

If you really want a fuselage, I can see if it is available.

There was a partially completed (or partially repaired, hard to tell)
example at Turf Soaring a few years ago - absolutely scary! It didn't
appear to have any substantial wing carrythrough structure, and the
control surfaces were very sketchily attached.

Perhaps it was a bad example, but I wouldn't even think of flying one
of those! Too many nice 1-26s getting dusty in hangars...
