No, the suits worn in space by the Gemini 3 crew had the
same silvery exterior as the suits worn by the Mercury astronauts.
The white exteriors didn't appear until Gemini 4.

No, I was wrong, even if I remember seeing NASA PR
shots of the flight crew in silver suits.
