Yet another person or persons who know how to use graphic software, build an
web site and cash checks. At least he built something that hovered once or
twice.
Think how much he would have saved if he hadn't had to build those mock ups.

Um, yeah, "interesting" is one way to describe it. I'm frankly
surprised that they didn't add VTOL to the mix now and just be done
with it.

Not at all. It's a low aspect ratio,ducted fan, fuel cell powered
absurdity.

Those flowing lines and the embedded engine(s) are the shape of
financial doom. The fuselage can't easily be lengthened or the wing's
aspect ratio changed, and re-engining the thing would probably require
an equally extensive redesign. There are very good economic reasons
why practical airplanes have tubular fuselages and modular engine
placement; beautiful "organically" shaped machines of all sorts
bankrupt the companies that try to market them.
