I don't know why none of these worked. I got there by
Googling Volksplane 2 plans.

Posting these plans is a violation of the copyright on the first page
of the plans. Even if Evans no longer sells them, it's still his
intellectual property. I'm not aware he's released them to the public
domain. To the contrary, the Evans Aircraft site notes:

"All Volksplane Designs are protected under international copyright
law. No part of VP-1 or VP-2 plans may be reproduced or distributed in
any form or process without written permission of the designer.
Authorized dealers are EAA, PFA, and Aircraft Spruce & Specialty."

And I've emailed the owner of the site that posted them and told him
the same thing.
