All:
I need to recover a seat for a Cessna 182.
Looking for a vendor for FAA approved fabric.
Any suggestions?

You go to your local upholstery shop and ask to see their
automobile seat uphostery samples. Those samples will have fire
ratings (like FMVSS 302) and many will have the FAR 43 (I think that's
the rating; I'm Canadian) rating that satisfies the aviation laws. I
live in a small town, with a small one-man shop, and he has been able
to get me any amount of FAA-approved fabrics.
