Well now that we all know where we were when man stepped on the moon
I thought I would step ahead a few days and ask what interesting
event in the aviation world happened on July 23 1983.

If memory serves me right. that was a air canada dead stick landing at a
race track. I remember this because this was my first AOG call i recieved as
a new employee at Boeing and happened at Manatoba. but i am not a 100
percent.
