Nothing much, really and I don't have the self-discipline required to
resist posting nearly everything that was in focus. But if you weren't
there, these should help:

I suppose the Brodhead Pietenpol and Hatz Fly-in the weekend before
Oshkosh may be fun for some as well:

Enjoy!

Nice pix! Number 140 is a shot of our friend's P6E Hawk replica
fighter.

In an amazing feat of wrenching, he was able to repair the results of
a nasty ground loop accident (the tail wheel failed, resulting in
hitting the lower wing hard enough to break the wing spar and twist
the landing gear) just FOUR DAYS after it happened, and fly into OSH
'07.

That's right -- that plane had a broken spar and twisted gear just 96
hours before flying into Oshkosh. None of us thought he'd get it done
in time -- but he's an amazing A&P.

I just downloaded the pics of my Wednesday "Best Of Show" from the digital
camera. Evidently the fellow who volunteered to take the images never used
the focus on a digital before. If anybody has some photos of that forum I'd
be really appreciative of getting a few of them.

Then again I remember the '84 forum where some guy asked me persimmon to
videotape the gig and then offered to sell me copies for $50 each. I sent
him a "Chutzpah Of The Year" award in the mail.
