usually when you see that it's either poor setting on the software, or
a server issue with the ISP.

Unforntunately the only access killfile stops is the person who uses the
killfile I does nothing to the person whom you wish to sanction. Even if
every yEnc hater killfiles the poster it does not stop him from posting and
it does not stop them from seeing your posts.
