Can anyone direct me to a place where I can read about anything going
on with the P-82 the CAF used to fly?
I know it was sold to an outfit in CA. years ago and there was a
"restoration" website but I believe it has been sold again.
Anyone know what's happening with this P-82?
It used to be my favorite as a boy. I loved watching it fly down in
Harlingen, and sitting in it in Midland while it was un-flyable.

If you browse the links that come up (and links from the linked
pages), I'm pretty sure you'll find out where it is now.

There's a Twin Mustang under restoration at my local airport

The C&P P-82 (F-82E) is looking good ...90% complete - 90% to go. <g>
I saw it (pre OSH) about three months ago. "P" of C&P Aviation is about the
nicest aviation guy you'll ever meet.
