View Full Version : Universal Brotherhood

October 2nd 07, 10:54 PM
The Unity and Brotherhood between followers of all Major Religions can
be best achieved by Believing and Worshipping One God:
In the Name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful. 'Say: O people of
the Book come to common terms as between you and us. That we worship
none but Allah, that we associate no partners with Him. That we erect
not from amongst ourselves, Lords and patrons other than Allah. If
then they turn back, say: Bear witness that we at least are Muslims
bowing to the will of Allah. [Quran 3:64].
Hinduism:
· (There is only one god, not the second; not at all, not in the least
bit). [rigveda samhiti volume 6 page 1802 and 1803 by Swami
SatyaPrakash Saraswati and Satyakam Vidhyalanka].
· (He is one only without a second) [chandogya Upanishad 6:2:1]
· "His form is not to be seen; no one sees Him with the eye. Those who
through heart and mind know Him as abiding in the heart become
immortal". [Svetasvatara Upanishad 4:20].
· "They enter darkness, those who worship natural things", for example
air, water, fire etc "They sink deeper in darkness those who worship
sambhuti. Sambhuti means created things, for example table, chair,
idol, etc". [Yajurved 40:9].
Christianity:
· Isaiah A-V {46:9}"I am God, and there is non else; I am God, and
there is non like me."
· Deuteronomy A-V {5:7} Thou shalt have none other gods before me.
{5:8} Thou shalt not make thee [any] graven image, [or] any likeness
[of any thing] that [is] in heaven above, or that [is] in the earth
beneath, or that [is] in the waters beneath the earth: {5:9} Thou
shalt not bow down thyself unto them, nor serve them: for I the LORD
thy God [am] a jealous God.
· Mathew A-V {19:16} And, behold, one came and said unto him, Good
Master, what good thing shall I do, that I may have eternal life?
{19:17} And he (Jesus) said unto him, Why callest thou me good? [there
is] none good but one, [that is,] God: but if thou wilt enter into
life, keep the commandments.
· John A-V {17:3} Jesus said: And this is life eternal, that they
might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast
sent.
· Mark A-V {12:29} And Jesus answered him, The first of all the
commandments [is,] Hear, O Israel; The Lord our God is one Lord:
Islam:
· 1. Say: He is Allah, the One and Only; 2. Allah, the Eternal,
Absolute; 3. He begetteth not, nor is He begotten; 4. And there is
none like unto Him. [Quran 112]
· Allah. There is no god but He,-the Living, the Self-subsisting,
Eternal. No slumber can seize Him nor sleep. His are all things in the
heavens and on earth. Who is there can intercede in His presence
except as He permitteth? He knoweth what (appeareth to His creatures
as) before or after or behind them. Nor shall they compass aught of
His knowledge except as He willeth. His Throne doth extend over the
heavens and the earth, and He feeleth no fatigue in guarding and
preserving them for He is the Most High, the Supreme (in glory).
[Quran 2:255]

Is he now.

Do the other voices in his/your head aggree with this, or is there some
dissention?

If he were being inclusive, he'd notice Buddhists and
