That must be one of those "poorly maintained" airplanes... er
simulators that Anthony keeps insisting are the only reason why
airplanes crash.
So, with all the technology that we have, why hasn't anyone installed
a "pause" and "reset" button in airplanes yet? Think of how much
safer flying would be if you could simply push "pause" to collect your
wits when things got too hectic, or "reset" when you were about to
bite it. If Microsoft can do it, surely it can't be hard for airplane
makers to do it.
Clearly the FAA is delinquent in its role as a purveyor of safety.
Someone should chastise them for not making "pause" and "reset"
buttons a certification requirement...
