I have the same problem, but no old "lower cpu speed computer" so I
solve the "Runtime error 200" first loading cpu with a heavy cpu use
program as Flight Simulator X and then simultaneously run
"cai2igc.exe".
But OLC send "log file not valid", so I tried, this time with success,
"cai2igc4olc.exe" and got IGC-data state:"IGC-valid " (green
logo)....
