Trouble contacting Grand Rapids Technologies (Engine InformationSystems)

I've been trying to contact Grand Rapids Technologies concerning a
question about my EIS but I get a busy signal from all their phone
lines (all day long) and no reply from e-mails.
Does anybody know what's going on at Grand Rapids??

Never mind, I just received an e-mail from Sandy at Grand Rapids.
She said they have just been busy.
Sounds like business is good...
