My own translation of the panel in front of the Elytroplan If you are more
fluent in french that I am in english feel free to correct my text)

AFAIK it is the only one where you may found some trace of humor.

Charles de Rouge is one of those many inventors Who have supporters
persuaded that they failed because of some cabal initiated by powerful
competitors.

During the 20 de Rouge builded some prototypes equiped with control surfaces
in two parts wich might be opened like jaws. By their arrangement they were
supposed improve the pilot safety by making planes "unspinable". This was
an illusion wich mislead several builders (not always marginal ones) since
the beginning of aviation.

Other have noticed that being heavier than the air the planes always finish
by falling, they tried, with more succes, to solve the problem by improving
the flying skills in order to land safely, by designing more efficient
control surfaces, or ... improved the parachute.

I've got a vision of Obelix (oui, je sais qu'il est belge) going "Ils sont
fous, les constructeurs".
