View Full Version : Anyone have any experience with a NAVMAN GPS with an Ipaq runningGN II??

Have the above combination, but so far no luck getting GPS "working" in
GN II. Anyone else ever try this combination?

Hi,
If I remember correctly, the NAVMAN used a very high baud rate of 56K or
something in that range. Try that. I think it is he highest rate available
in GN II.
I was never very impressed with the NAVMAN. It was "flaky". It seemed to
work sometimes and not other times.

Sorry to reply here rather than direct, but having a mail server issue
it appears.
Where does one set the baud rate? I see "Generic GPS". Is it someplace
else?

D'oh, never mind. Found it on the next page of options. I thought I'd
already reached the end of the menu list. Got it working, thanks!
