What, you planning on crashing one?

Try and take out something of use while your at it. The rest of your gene
pool, for instance. You could crash into the family trailer!

Yes. A good Citation crash would be one where everyone walked away, even
if the aircraft was totaled.

Like the one at Bader Field in Atlantic City.

But... If you can walk away, it was a 'good landing'. If you can fly the
plane again, it's a 'great landing', so I guess that wouldn't qualify as a
crash <g>

There's a language problem here that might be addressed on the show
"Are you smarter than a fifth grader." If it's a sea plane that
touches down, shouldn't it be called a watering? And if it's a crash
onto a water surface, is it a landing, or does one have to wait until
the airplane is on the bottom to say it's landed?

It's time for my meds: in this case it will be a Bombay Sapphire Gin
Martini, up. It's the only fitting end to a Monday.

Which is probably cheaper than the enviromental cleanup protection and
cleanup in the bay. <G>

Based on this new information, I am officially re-writing the maxim:

Any landing you can walk away from is a good one.
Any watering you can swim away from is a good one.

Well yeah, but then it comes out of a different budget.
