Looks like a Krosnos KR-03 to me. It later became the Peregrine.

I'd say it is a Krosnos KR-03/Peregrine. The wing shape is pretty
unique:

Looks like a Krosnos KR-03 to me. It later became the Peregrine.

I agree...Krosno. There is also another Krosno parked in the foreground.
For several reasons, that did not look like a typical training rope break to me.
The glider appeared to be landing into the wind.
