I'm trying to find out if there is a 1-26E Sport Canopy (or factory
drawings) for a 1-26E model. Les Schweizer is looking, but in the
meantime If you've got any idea / leads of where I could find either
I'd appreciate the help.

I couldn't find much phone / email contact info for the 1-26
association and they'd be the next best group I'd think. Hoping a
1-26E sport canopy is collecting dust somewhere...

The club I belong to (Antelope Valley Soaring Club) has a homemade
sport canopy for our two 1-26E's. This is the one on the cover of
Soaring many years ago. I am sure that our club would not be willing
to let it go, but I could take pictures of it this weekend and email
them to you if that will help you get a start on building one. We fly
out of Krey Field in El Mirage, CA.

Just let me know if you want the pics.
