Hi Dave - no worries.
Back up and running - it dropped out lateish last night (Saturday) at about
9pm - and
was out most of the morning & came back on line sometime this afternoon.
I have been able to access all the news groups for the last hour or two.

All good at this stage. :-)

I'm with Bigpond and had a few hiccups over the weekend,"refused
connection" and such. Can at least get to the NG now but many pictures
are reported as "expired article" and do not show although Astrawebs
server has no problem with them. It doesn't look like a retention issue
as the posts are only a day or two old.
BTW thanks to all for the photos,a most interesting Newsgroup.
