Ilec MCU

Since taking delivery of my Apis MC, the Ilec Mcu has been
intermittant on rpm. Lately it has just been "mittant" and I am
getting no registration at all. The green-yellow-red rpm lights are
out as well and usually the red "not charging" light is lit also, but
the battery is charging just fine. Always at 13.6v.

The photosensor looks ok and the reflective surfaces on the flywheel
are polished up but no joy. No loose connections.

Any suggestions? or are we sending the unit back to Ilec over the
winter?
