Could someone interpret the nose art (such as it is) for me?

On the starboard side it says 'De 2 C's', after the two men that were
credited with most of the effort in bringing this aircraft to Europe and
restoring her (although I do not recall their full names)
On the port side it says "Sarinah" and "plesiran 'neer?". Sarina is the name
of a girl. "plesiran 'neer" is a mix of Indonesian and Dutch, meaning as
much as "Are you still having fun, Sir?"

Port side, I understood, it was the starboard side that had me stumped.
Thanks.

Ron,
We won't enquire as to how you came by the knowledge of the port side
inscription. Very enlightening, though, you old rascal.

OK, you caught me. She was half Dutch, and half Indonesian. Her name was not
Sarinah though.
"I did not have sex with that woman."
