They're not .ZIPs. This particular file is a .PAR2, a parity file used to
check the integrity of the actual posted file (which wasn't a .ZIp, either,
but was instead a .RAR) and to make repairs if necessary.
You're using MSOE. These files are multi-part posts. You need to download
_all_ of the parts. In this case, there were seven parts.
May I suggest getting a newsreader which does this automatically? It can be
done with MSOE, it's just a pain to do it.
Once the .RARs and .PAR2s are on your local system, you would need to decode
them, using something like WinRAR.
In this particular case there was just one .RAR uploaded. It contained the
data for 40 .JPGs.
I doubt that anyone is going to email you 40 .JPGs.
If you want, I can upload the .JPGs again. But you'll have to let me know.
