Is there any word or update on the FAA/Centrair and the 3000 hr limitation?

As far as I know, Centrair is part of the Apex Aircraft group (Robin
aircraft, CAP aircraft), which filed for insolvency last September.
The parent company Apex is under liquidation now. See here:

I don't know if or how this will affect Centrair, but...
