Also, seems to be alot of talk on the Club Class. Just my 2 cents,
Club class should have its own scoring, but can still be run within
the Sports Class Nationals, as their seeding scores will then come
from the competitors who are racing Club Class gliders and not be
seeded off the Sports Class winners score. Have one US Team member
come from the Club class and the other US Team member come from the
Sports Class.
This way, those that don't have the bucks to have 2 gliders, can still
try to gain a US Team slot from racing within the Sports Class with a
glider that isn't up to date with the modern FAI gliders, yet it still
isn't a Club class glider. This change should be done ASAP to keep the
interest not only as high as possible, but to give all racers a fair
and equal chance for a US Team slot.
