1st solo

Hanging around one of our local air patches I learned that this fella was
going to be taking his first solo.. boy do i remember my first solo... wish
I had a photo of that day... sigh.. anyway.. i think he's gonna like it...

that's a day you'll never forget....
my first solo started off with a mayday call.... but that's a
story for another time...
