"Current flight experience" or "flying time during the last 12 months"
would be another way of expressing it.
Easier to translate?

thank you Brian for your help.
I got no hint for a useful German word.
"Zeitnaehe" is not exactly what I want for the case of a
"currently valid pilot license".
