For sale: 1998 Stemme S10VT motorglider, one owner, always hangared,
1650 airframe hours (yes, I’ve enjoyed it!), 360 engine hours – 20
since overhaul. Based near San Francisco but can be delivered anywhere
in the world. To get an idea of its unique capabilities, both under
power and soaring, see http://tinyurl.com/5ahbcm. E-mail
or call 650 804-0731 for details and price.

Hi Martin,

You've had some lovely flights in the Stemme. What are you replacing it
with?

Hi Eric,

Good to hear from you. I don't plan on buying another ship since part
of my goal is to cut responsibilities so I have more time for my
project on nuclear weapons and national security. The best short
explanation is a one-page summary at

http://nuclearrisk.org/statement.php

which also lists endorsements from some very knowledgeable people.
There's also an article that connects soaring and nuclear weapons at

nuclearrisk.org/soaring_article.php

which is based on my talk "Complacency: What Me Worry?":

http://www-ee.stanford.edu/~hellman/soaring/PASCO_2007_talk.html

which I gave at PASCO's Soaring Safety Seminar in November 2007. I
expect that, post-sale, I'll rent and bum some rides from friends with
2-seaters. Thanks for asking. Fly safely.

Martin
