View Full Version : My EW is not talking to my SN-10

The PDA is receiving GPS signal from the Goddard cable when it is NOT
plugged into the SN-10. When it is plugged into the SN-10 neither the
SN-10 nor the PDA receive GPS signal. The baud rates are set at 4800 on
the SN-10 (by default I understand), the EW, and the PDA (SeeYou mobile).
The SN-10 PDA box is checked.

Am I missing something? Do I have a bad cable?

thanks for any suggestions, (as long as you don't ask me why I'm running
a PDA with my SN-10)!
Jim
hoping to be one of the "Ely Jims" soon...

The released SN10 software version only supports 4800 baud.
Set the EW to 4800.

If the PDA stops receiving data when you plug into the SN10,
something is wrong with the cable (ie, the GPS output is getting
clobbered because its attached to the wrong pin on the SN10
connector).

Hope that helps,
